Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin, also known as cobalamin. It plays a vital role in brain function and the production of DNA and red blood cells.

Kenalog (Triamcinolone acetonide) belongs to a group of medicine called corticosteroids (steroids). Kenalog IA/IM Injection is for the treatment of joint pain, swelling and stiffness in inflammatory disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis.
A Kenalog injection helps many people with their symptoms of severe hay-fever. For many people it completely relieves the symptoms for the entire season and for others it reduces the severity of the symptoms to a point where adding other treatments can allow life as normal.
A consultation will take place prior to administering the injection providing information on the risks and side effects of the drug.
